Silverlock helps clients in a number of ways: by identifying opportunities, submitting professionally written and structured bids, and developing the skills and knowledge of local organisations. We work with all types of organisation in the private (SMEs and large corporations), public and voluntary sectors.
Our team members are involved in a wide range of voluntary organisations, and several of us are active in our local churches, and supporting Gedling Business Partnership – a local business support organisation. Silverlock is committed to working for the community by giving up time, resources and advice to the businesses and individuals that need it most.
We are involved with Kings Money Advice Centre in our local community of Arnold, offering quality free debt counselling advice.
We work closely with Betel of Britain, a charity restoring homeless and long-term unemployed people in the UK to healthy, independent lifestyles.
Links International is a charity committed to assisting those within third world countries to break free from poverty and disease.
We are active members of Gedling Business Partnership – a business support organisation that seeks to increase the prosperity of local businesses.
We deliver training on behalf of a number of Community Voluntary Services, including Birmingham CVS, Gedling CVS and Bassetlaw CVS.
We regularly aim to help other local businesses and start-ups in the form of informal mentoring and skill sharing.
