Don’t make hollow statements

Most tender evaluators are rational human beings who have been trained to assess material to see if it is true and makes sense. So if we make statements such as “we are one of the best widget servicing companies in the UK” we need to give evidence to back it up. If we don’t give evidence, an evaluator should give a low score. A key thing when writing an answer is to give good evidence to back up any statements we make. This might be giving specific details about previous work we have done for a named customer.
